For these reasons and due to the ever-increasing need for service, PRI has hired James (Jim) Henson, as our new Service Business Unit Manager to expand the service division, overseeing the Customer Service and Field Service teams. Jim brings 20 years of experience in Programming Management, Process Improvement, and Operational Excellence. Most recently, Jim managed the network and end-point deployments for Ameren Illinois’ new smart grid energy system.
Under Jim’s direction, PRI plans to grow service sales to our installed base and expand service offerings to those who have purchased other vendor’s equipment.

Our primary focus is to complement our world-class products with world-class service. Our products are highly engineered pieces of equipment that can create major problems if they fail. To support our service growth, PRI has also hired additional Field Service Technicians: Tom Carnesciali, (Ranken Technical College), Ethan Eberlin, (Lewis & Clark Community College) and Thomas Menteer (St. Louis University). With the addition of these team members, PRI has already doubled the size of the Field Service team since 2017. Mr. Henson expects to add additional personnel later this year.
