PRI Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Re-Certification

PRI is proud to announce our successful upgrade from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management.

ISO 9001 is a globally recognized quality management standard used to guide companies towards providing consistent, high quality products and services to their customers. The standard emphasizes risk-based thinking, continual improvement, and a strong customer focus, which provide a business with a strong foundation for long-term success.

ISO Quality Management certification is voluntary and must be verified through an external auditing agency. During the extensive re-certification process, PRI and an independent agency performed multiple in-depth audits of our business processes. Re-certification affirms that our business’ quality management system is up-to-date and effective, allowing us to continually serve our customers with the best possible products on the market.
