The GemiClean VW is a brushed vessel container washer, designed to quickly and efficiently clean mixing vessels, using a rotating brush and spray nozzle assembly that adapts to the size of your vessel.
Efficient Brush & Spray Cleaning
The Gemini by PRI™ GemiClean (Model VW) is designed for cleaning mixing vessels ranging from 61” (1550mm) tall with diameters from 24” (600mm) to 69” (1750mm) and volumes from 100 gallons (378L) to 850 gallons (3218L).
Vessels are cleaned by a rotating brush and a spray nozzle assembly that self-adapts to the height and diameter of each vessel. The vessel is clamped in position by downward force by the lock-up cover. A tilting platform enables complete emptying of the vessels into a sedimentation or distillation system, to separate sediment from the cleaning agent and recycle.

Adaptive Brush Assembly Enables Thorough Cleaning
The GemiClean VW offers both brush and spray cleaning. Once vessels are set in place, the brushes and cover are lowered into the vessel, and the rotating brushes and a spray nozzle assembly self-adapts to the height and diameter of your vessel.
The nine brush heads enable an aggressive cleaning, while the spray assembly delivers sufficient wash agent to effectively clean your vessel.
