GemiFill™ GR Filling System

The GemiFill™ GR filling system utilizes a weighing scale to measure the volume of the containers being filled, up to 60 kg.  Features:

Fully Automatic, Multiple Products

The GemiFill™ GR-M filling system utilizes up to three weighing scales, to measure the volume of the containers being filled, from between 15 and 6,000 kg.  Features the GR, plus the following:

• Standard for filling up to 40 products
• Circular or linear type head depending on container size
• Two-step filling process (coarse and fine flow) of a single ingredient or formulations
• Batch controller with self-learning parameters
• Fills by means of a air-driven membrane pump or gravity
• Easy to upgrade with conveyor, lid placing and closing
