We Can Help You Perform Validation Steps

Every PRI Bio system includes some element of Validation by Design.  Design elements that allow biological validation to be performed.  PRI does not validate the system for you – however, we are able to guide you through the process of using the design features of our equipment.

The validation process can be confusing and complex for facility staff, particularly for the first few times it is performed.  PRI team members can assist your staff in following our guidance documentation and timing on how to validate using a variety of methods, depending upon the equipment and the user.

Guidance Through the Sampling Process:

• proper setup of the spore tank
• proper timing of spore sampling
• volume of spores in tank
• amount of sampling to be taken
• proper use of the biowell system
• proper use of the direct immersion system

What is Validation by Design?

PRI Bio understands that validation should not be an afterthought – and we have made it a critical element to the design of our biowaste systems, from the beginning.  Every biowaste treatment system offered by PRI Bio now has one or more design features that allow routine validation to take place.
