PRI can service all brands of digester, effluent decontamination, and solvent distillation systems. As pioneers in our industry, we have seen a variety of other brands, some of which are still in operation but do not offer service, while others are no longer in business.
Our Experience:
PRI’s Service Solutions team can service all brands of digester, effluent decontamination, and solvent distillation systems. With over 35 years in the business of designing and engineering solvent recovery and biowaste treatment systems, we have a deep understanding of the maintenance and proper operation of them. In our experience, some facilities have legacy equipment or other brand systems that are either not supported by the manufacturer, or that manufacturer is no longer in business, such as Hydrol Pro and WR2 in the biowaste industry. We are here to help!
We perform upgrades to old systems and can provide field service and certification testing for systems who have been abandoned.
Our Approach:
PRI takes a holistic approach to the evaluation of your system. Our technicians or engineers document as much of the system functionality, inputs and outputs, controls, and connections as they can. If there are existing user manuals, spare parts lists or other documentation such as drawings, these can help our team get a better understanding of the system. Upon completion of the evaluation, we provide you with a detailed recommendation of services and parts needed to meet maintenance requirements, safe operation, and to upgrade the system to improve functionality.
We are not afraid to tackle challenging projects – our team has performed service and upgrades on systems that have been in poor operation for many years, and in some cases the system has performed better than it did when it was new.
