We provide a variety of consumables to keep your systems running smoothly. All of our solvents and oils are available in either 55-gallon quantities or 5 gallon pails. PRI also offers a replenishment program, where customers can opt to receive the same quantity on a monthly basis, to keep systems running in optimal performance. HCS™ Heated Cleaning Solution

HCS™ is a proprietary cleaning solvent available for your wash system needs. It is formulated for use in closed-loop, safety-engineered wash systems to effectively remove both water-based and solvent-based inks and coatings. HCS™ has several properties that make it effective at cleaning and stripping hard cured residues.

SSR™ Surrogate Solution Replacement

Every PlateVac is equipped with our proprietary SSR system that supplants valuable washout solvent with a less expensive surrogate solution to provide the highest rates of recovery available (up to 97%) while providing a flowable liquid still bottoms and a clean distillation vessel.
